Why do girls have violent mood swings?

males need to stop thinking about it so much, its a natural thing and its nothing to joke about or bring attention to like "oh you must be on your period because you're being a *****". Just try not to pay much attention to it and treat her like she's the best girlfriend ever a real queen even when she's being a ***** it'll loosen her up. Also chocolates, citrus, back rubs, tight hugs and comedy will save your life when she's on her period these are things that help with cramps and moodiness so she wont be so out of it. Les Miserables was a horrible choice dude.lol Next time try her favorite comedy Kevin Hart, Key and Peele, or Family Guy do the trick when I'm on my period so does a Hershey's bar, or some peaches. :)

Because like a period is just horrible from the fact of that you have to either basically wear a diaper or have something constantly shoved up there to the usual bloating and the sky high hormone levels which make you have mood swings and then you can't eat but you have all these cravings then you feel like the world hates you one minute but then you love everyone the next and then the cramps are like someone has skewered your stomach and has started pulling your stomach out of you

Haha, i'm 14 and may also be that way ^^ it is hormones and stress too. Was once she on her interval? When i am, i simply need to inform all people to f*ck off and die. It is horrible. I am definite she'll grow out of it or be trained to control her mood swings, cause that is what i had to do. :p nice of good fortune xoxo

Well, first off, sorry. I totally understand this. My ex would just be ok for about 2 1/2 weeks and a week before her "vistor" would arrive, she would start fights on anything she could. She would yell at he for DAYS, about anything. It is tough, but if you love her, you can survive, but I did it for 14 years and the amount of abuse I took was insane. The horomones have gone insane and there is nothing you can do about it. I feel sorry for them, but when they are mean, I was just scared.. Good luck, you need it

She is defiantly on her period guys don't understand what it feels like. The mood swings are a huge part of it it has to do with chemicals in your body and stuff. Just let it go ik it's hard but just comfort her that will help her mood even if she says don't touch me

I don't really know but when im on my period everything gets on my nerves even the stuff that didn't used to.

That's the way we're wired and when we're on our period the hormones make it even worse.
