Is it legal to be an independent contractor in the US if I'm mexican?
Hello, I'm working as a freelancer transcriptionist for a US Company, I have my visa and everything but work from home.
Anyway, these guys sent me some proyect NDA (contract) so I could work with them "legally" because they think I'm a US resident (I have a PO Box in the US)
So, is it legal if I sign that NDA contract if I'm working from Mexico, would it affect my turist visa or something?

Best to ask a lawyer
if they think your are a US resident
they may be a fraud involved
