Yes, they should buy Reus , Hummels , and gundogan while they are at it . I find it disrespectful for Dortmund , and their fans.

tbh i don't think its very likely lewandowski will go to bayern despite want the media thinks. He has 1 season left on his contract and said he doesn't want to renew it which makes it likely dortmund will be willing to accept a cut price fee of somewhere in the region of 25M, if they don't he will end up leaving for nothing at the end of next season. However there is no way dortmund would accept this sort of fee from bayern who will likely need to offer his release clause or wait until jan to sign a pre-contract agreement by which time he will probably be long gone or have changed his mind about staying at dortmund.
As for the prospect of dortmund weakening; it is definately a serious risk for the bundesliga, with gotze gone, lewandowski following and at least another half a dozen players who will be wanted by the biggest clubs around europe dortmund could really struggle to find the form they have over the last few years for next seasons campaign. I say they COULD seriously weaken however i don't think they will as long as they aren't willing to lose their entire team in 1 tranfer window and they make some smart signings to replace the players they do lose i am confident 2 or 3 players going out the door (gotze, lewandowski and perhaps 1 more) would be easy to bounce back from.
gotze i think will be replaced with draxler and lewandowski with kessling although i think they should consider isco and move reus to cf which would leave the team looking like this...
wedenfeller
pizczcech-hummels-subotic-shmeltzer
gundogan-bender
blaczcowski-draxler-reus or blaczcowski-isco-draxler
kessling or reus
for me that (especially with isco) is just as good as this season. As long as they are very careful with any additional sales after gotze and lewandowski they will continue to compete in every competition

Yes I believe so.
I think that with Bayern with all their talent, money, and their new head coach they will not only win Bundesliga easily, but also win the Champions league again. They are already the dominant team in the world and they are only getting better.

After selling Gotze to Bayern, i think BVB will do everything in their power to not give Lew to Bayern. They would be handing over Bayern's future trophies by doing so.
I think Gotze will be a good contribution to Bayern, especially with Guardiola in charge.

i hope not but guardiola will need time because his football is quite different to what bayern were playing like under heynckes
it also depends on who dortmund buy, there's also other teams too like schalke and bayern leverkusen, they may need to invest too.
once the 1st half of the season is over, that's when i think the title race is over.

Yes, this is why Superteams are so bad for the league in the world of football/soccer.

it's not Bayern fans fault
it's the old bastards HoeneÃ,Rummenigge, and maybe even Sammer.
These Bastards are to blame.
We Bayern fans are not to be blame, we just love our team.
