  • Who’s been your Bundesliga Player of the Season till now?

Matchday 8 have just been completed. And many teams have impressed, and many disappointed, but still many surprises like Nicolai Muller, Alexandru Maxim have impressed a lot.

So, who’s your Bundesliga POTS currently? Is it Max Kruse, leading the impressive M’gladbach attack, or BVB’s Marco Reus? Is it the European POTS Franck Ribery or Leverkusen’s Sam? Please give reasons too.

  • Bayern and BVB fans, what are your thoughts of Lewa joining Bayern next summer?

Lewandowski has finally said it. He is going to sign a contract with Bayern in January for summer move [ http://www.goal.com/en/news/11/transfer-zone/2013/... ].

Bayern fans, how do feel getting a world-class striker for free? Do you think it will help Pep or will burden him more with the hard-worker Mandzukic also on team? Will it help youngster Weihrauch and Green or will it hamper their chance to get first-team action?

And Borussia Dortmund fans, how do you think Klopp will replace Lewandowski? Will it be Ducksch/Schieber/Aubameyang/Reus to start as striker or a new signing? (Note that even though Reus and Aubameyang acts mainly as wingers, though both can operate as Beast strikers like they did for Borussia M'gladbach and AS Saint Etienne respectively)

  • Do you think any player in Bundesliga can challenge Bale's record transfer fee?

Recently, the world record transfer was broken by Gareth Bale for €100m (£85.3m). Maybe overpriced and ridiculous, it still is the new record transfer fee.

Bundesliga has many talented players, loads of which are in current World/Europe Top 2 teams Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund. Bundesliga also have many amazing players like Stefan Kiessling and Julian Draxler. Now, my question is, do you think that any current Bundesliga player can break Bale’s new record? In more simple words, is any BuLi player worth more than Bale? (On the basis of form only, age factor can be neglected)

  • What do you think is the cause of Schalke's sudden poor form?

FC Schalke have been playing terribly in last few games, starting 3-3 vs. Hamburg, and latest 1-1 vs. PAOK, with 4-0 loss to Wolfsburg being most worrying.

In first-half, they perform very good in attacking sense, but in second half, just the opposite of first-half. Much is expected of die Knappen, but till now, they seem to be in similar position as in 2010-11 season, in which they end at 10th position of table.

What do you think is the cause of such bad performances by die Königsblauen?

  • Are you satisfied with a draw against Paraguay?

Clearly, Germany was favourite this time against Paraguay, and clearly, they again got caught in deep sleep against them. 3-3 draw is not a good result for one of the potential World Cup champs. What do you think are the causes of such bad performance? Is it too early to call Germany as favourites of World Cup?

My opinions: The defence was terrible as ever, all of them, especially center-backs Hummels and Mertesacker were playing too bad in first half. Happily, Mertesacker got replaced by Boateng who brought some stability to defence. Schmelzer isn’t the best choice IMO at backs. We lacked some-one in midfield who acts as lynchpin between defence and midfield like Schweinsteiger or Gündogan(who got replaced within just 30 minutes), as Khedira wasn’t the same as he was in WC 2010. Klose is the best striker of Germany no doubt, but it is not the best time to play him, rather Löw should use friendlies to test Kießling/Meier/Kruse upfront. Müller looked dull like Özil or Reus.

  • Who do you think will be breakout performer of Bundesliga next season?

Last year, it were performances of Gotze, Son and Draxler that thrilled the Bundesliga. Ginter (Freiburg), Arnold (Wolfsburg), Younes (Borussia M’gladbach) also showed that they have potential to become great. Who do you think would stepping and giving promising performances this season?

Max Meyer? Jonas Hofmann? Goretzka? Hojberg? Or anybody else?

4 AnswersGerman Football (Soccer)8 years ago
  • What do you think of Jonas Hofmann?

He had good performances in the pre-season matches for Borussia Dortmund, having some assists and goals too. Besides Mkhitaryan, he was consitent performer in the friendlies. What do you think about him? Will he get place of Kuba in first 11 or will he act as a substitutes?

  • Finally, Pep arrives at Bayern Munich. Bayern fans, what are your expectations from him this season?

Today, he will be presented as Bayern Munich new manager. Succeeding to the historic-treble winning Jupp Heynckes, what are your expectations from him?

As a BVB fan, I'm looking forward to see DFB-Super Cup at Signal Iduna Park, perfect place to watch two Geniuses of own kind, that is, Kloppo vs. Pep. It's also perfect place for us to take revenge of UEFA CL final and also, Mario Gotze's steal-away.

  • Germany NT fans, are you disappointed over performances Germany Under-21 in Euros?

German Under-21 didn't won a game till now, against the likes of Netherlands and Spain. Only positives were performances of captain Holtby in first match. Expectations were high, but they blew it again.

What are do you think is the cause of it and what should be changes done?

  • Whats your prediction for German Super Cup?

Borussia Dortmund vs. Bayern Munich at Signal Iduna Park.

Borussia are very good at their at home against a strong side, whereas Bayern have struggled very much at Signal Iduna in past few matches. Last season, it was 2-1 to Bayern at Allianz Arena.

Who do you think will win this time.

  • Do you think Borussia Dortmund can make it to CL Berlin 2015 finals?

Klopp has said his main target would be to reach 2015 Berlin CL Finals. He also said he would have to make a new squad as his current players are on target of other clubs.

Do you think Klopp will make the dream of die Borussen come true again? Can he be successful again?

  • Do you think Chelsea would had won trophies without Abramovich's money?

It is most successful era of Chelski's history, winning 10-11 trophies under billionaire Abramovich.

Certainly his money attracted Mourinho for his great job at club, Ancelotti doing good job for doubles and di Matteo made them win their first CL title and now, Rafa Benitez has made them win Europa League.

Many players came due to wage$ provided by Abramovich. Funny transfer like 50 million for Torres, £30.8 million for Shevchenko also happened on the way.

Do you think Chelski would have achieved without the large amount of money spent on players?

  • Thoughts on Borussia Dortmund 1-1 FC Bayern?

I couldn't see first half due to work.

My opinions: Second half was more of fight scenes. Lewa could have done better with penalty, but Bayern got justice for harsh penalty-call I think so. Rafinha red's was well justified and his unprofessional-ism was bad, poking Kuba in face. Also Klopp-Sammer fight was stupid. Schieber was working hard but not so good, should have at least got decent touch. Boateng deserved red for behavior-wise and shirt-pulling of Lewandowski, expected more for Can than yellow for his Rugby tackle on Schieber. Muller fall in BvB's area was great acting, though a fail lol. I think Borussia deserved for win in this match, and it's first time I have seen Bayern struggling that much. But a entertaining match.

  • BvB fans, do you feel robbed?

I'm talking about Mario Götze's transfer to Bayern.

In this important time of the season, just two days before CL semi-final match against Real Madrid, which is the only hope of a trophy for Borussia Dortmund, Bayern Munich comes from nowhere and grabs your one of the most-talented player.

As a BvB fan, i felt total heartbreak. After reading this (http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/3275/bundesliga/201... it was a big shock.

Just two days before the most important match of the our season, do you think it's kind of robbery, affecting both mentally and psychologically before the match, and making us hate our one of the best player? I wouldn't had problem with Bayern if they could have offered after Champions League season over, but why couldn't they resist for give offer in summer? Even if we consider Bild just leaked news before being official and Bayern admitting they wanted to tell it after Real Madrid match, why did they made transfer offer when they had their own problem of facing Barcelona and Uli Hoeness tax evasion case?

This maybe rumour currently, but it's really a shocker for BVB fan like me. What are your opinions? Do you think he has taken a very early step? Do you think Bayern will need him with current their current attack comprising of Kroos, Muller, Shaqiri, Ribery, Robben, etc.?
