Why does Ziggler still have the WHC?
Dolph Ziggler is legitimately sidelined with a concussion and retrograde amnesia. Meaning that he cannot wrestle. Why doesn't the WWE vacate the title instead of leaving it on him? I remember times that Edge was legitimately injured and had to vacate the title. Why or how is this any different??

It depends on how long the wrestler will be out. If its just for a few weeks, they'll allow it. If Ziggler were to miss 2 ppvs, they would strip him of the title.

Back in the day the belt had to be defended in 30 days but I don't think they go by that rule anymore.

They probably just want to see how long he'll be out. They'll probably strip him of it in a few weeks.
