if the agent tells you it's not available HE/SHE is BSing you. i have it because it's only 29.99/MO TOTAL taxes and fees included. i have referred allot of family and friends to this. but most agents want to talk you into a more expensive package. claiming it's super duper fast. if the agent insists roadrunner light is not available,

just call back again and get another agent and you get a completely different answer

Roadrunner light is there SO-CALLED lowest speed available. but I have found out that if you have the right cleaning software installed. there is only a blink of an eye difference. You really only need those super duper high-speed packages only if your running several pc's at a time, like a businesses. and i have TWO online. there both just fine.

i also have three absolutely FREE cleaner downloads on my pc all from cnet.com or softsonic.com and i found a way to run each in a certain order. There Is NO reason to pay for crap that you see on TV or the Internet. there are so many free cleaners and software out there, that their is no reason to waste money on them, they will just be out dated in a few months. and absolutely NO need for the GEEK squad. just make sure you read up on them before you install them and ALWAYS choose custom install NOT recommended. that way you can unchecked or decline any crap, toolbars or offers you don't want installed

almost 99% of the time your pc is slow simply because folks fail to clean there registries junk files defrag their drive and more. if you have the right cleaners your pc will run just like new as long as you have it. like i said mine is 13 Y/O and runs like a Swiss watch.
