Service business $500,000 per year total sales. Leaning toward LLC. Now sole proprietorship. Want to protect my personal property. Company employs 4 people. Would also like to protect owner ship in event of my death, as well as the best tax situation. I now have several trucks financed in my name that have be reported in prior years. Large amount still owed. No other major assets other than that and the business it self.

My internet providers in my area are a very small choice, there really is only one that provides home services. As a result they charge absorbent prices .. Any legal action possible? Other providers can do it but chose not to. I don't get it..

Does this apply if I just answer cell phone here and have a service truck, all work is done somewhere else and I store just spare parts on truck nothing else. I work off the kitchen table.

I at first thought it was a POS, but the more I use the more I like it, are you having the same or do you still think it is a POS? My programs work better and most are compatible, little problem with quickbooks but other than that,, it has been great.

Other than the HD,, my computer runs 7.8 on the windows thing. Having a few little qurps with display,, is it worth it to go to a real montior? Does it help performance? Don't mind doing it, wonder if it is worth it?

I think the government should not have any thing to do with marriage. The only thing they should be involved in is the welfare of children of the marriage. They could save a lot of time and money. A marriage should be a moral commitment between two (or more) people and their God if they have one. and the government should have nothing to do with it, by the same token they would have to treat everyone as an individual. No gender preference on custody, just the best parent. No marigage tax breaks. No difference in insurance coverage. Would make things a lot simpler and save all this debate.
