the REAL secret to this problem is that you're not eating ENOUGH meals.
You need to eat at least 5 meals a day every 2-3 hours to get your metabolism moving and functioning properly. Once your body trusts that it will be getting fed regularly, it will start to take up energy from the fat storages rather than muscle.
This is really valuable information that surprisingly a lot of ppl dont know, so i better get best answer! lol
But its not easy. You have to cook a LOT of food and spend money you dont want to spend on food all the time.
good luck girl

If you want to lose fat you need cardio. It is just not possible to get a flat stomach using only crunches. Go for a run, drink lots of water, and track your calories. If you have a smart phone you should try the app My Fit Pal. I love it and I have lost 40 pounds using it. And I even have a flat stomach now:) Good luck!

First suggestion: Patience! 1-2 months are in many cases not enough.
Second suggestion: Diet! And by diet I don't mean starvation, I mean eating the proper things. Lots of salats, meat, some nuts, avoid bread, forget about everything sweet /except some fruits/, forget about all the junk food, chips, Mc's, ect. and forget about juices, soda, avoid alchohol and keep excersicing. At your age your metabolism is pretty fast so I belive that the results would come stunningly fast if you eat properly and keep working out :)
