Who're the top 10 boxers of all time, based on technical ability...?
Actually, try and mix the old with the new...get a good mix goin...It doesn't have to be in any specific order if that's too much of a challenge...just a simple draft...maybe a little explanation next to each one too for his inclusion....that'd be dope...
Just looking to see what people think....

Not in order but...
Sugar ray robinson - regarded by many boxing experts as the greatest boxer who ever lived, sugar ray is worthy of a place on anyones list.
Sugar ray leonard - speedy combinations and fast movement make leonard in his prime a force to be reconed with, defeating greats such as duran, hearns, hagler and benitez.
Floyd mayweather jr - many will disagree with this but floyd has proven time and again why he is the number 1 in the sport today, he's a defensive master and has pin point accuracy and has shown his dedication to the sport in training.
Roy jones jr - in his prime roy was unstoppable, quick reflexes and an unorthadox style made him exciting to watch as anything could happen at any minute. With blindingly fast hand speed and great power roy donimated in the 90s.
Muhammad ali - the great man lives up to the name "the greatest" defeating frazier, norton, foreman, liston and patterson. In his prime he couldn't be touched by any heavyweight and as he got older he proved he could take anything his opponent coulc give him.
Andre ward - in my opinion he's number 2 in the game today just after mayweather, technically gifted and still with time on his side he may just prove to be one of the best ever.
Roberto duran - hands of stone and balls of steel, duran was exciting to watch and moved up weight divisions to take on the very best of opposition, aggresion and punching power made him special.
Pernell whitaker - one of the greatest defensive boxers ever, sweet pea outclassed chavez snr and got a terrible decision (draw) his fast movement and punching make him one of the best.
Marvellous marvin hagler - tough and powerful, marvin dominated the middleweight division when in his prime.
Joe calzaghe - the greatest british fighter ever, blurring hand speed and action packed fights make him memorable.

What do you mean by technical abilities? You mean fundamental skills/basics or natural talent?
Well if your talking about just fundamental skills then:
Joe Louis
Alexis Arguello
Ricardo Lopez
Evander Holyfield
Ezzard Charles
Carlos Monzon
Sugar Ray Robinson(Although most of the times, he uses his naturally athletic abilities but he can also be very fundamentally correct if he chose to)
