does this sound like social anxiety or am i just silly?
when im out at a resturant or in situation or place with people i dont know then i feel very nervous, i feel like everyones watching me and im too scared to move. for instance i was out at a resturant and felt too nervous to go and get water because the water was self catered. when i used to get the bus (before driving) i hated having to get up for my stop. situations like that. is it social anxiety or am i just silly lol
