Dividing a dinner meal into 3 areas - Protein, starch and vegetables Protein: * Grillled leg lamb chops, roasted leg of lamb, grilled beef chops, baked fish fillet, beef sausages, properly-completed T-bone steak, lean beef rissoles, roast poultry, or i will indulge and characteristic meat pie or a slice of pizza, etc Starchy nutrients * Orange mash (a mixture of candy potato, pumpkin and potato, with margarine and milk), candy potato and pumpkin (steamed or baked) or dal (pink lentils and brown onion) Steamed vegetables * Carrot, green beans, broccoli, caulflower, brussel sprouts, button squash, etc i like to have a minimum of two kinds of veges by way of fact i like slightly bit style. And for while i think like something slightly diverse: * To make the sausages greater tasty. I make a corpulent tomato sauce out of canned diced tomato, onion, and a mixture of herbs and spices. Yummy * an person-friendly stew I make includes lamb forequarter chops, sliced potato, sliced candy potato, and onion, with water and a mixture of seasonings. all of it is going in a sluggish cooker in the morning, and by time for supper, the beef is so comfortable it falls off the bone. * and each from time to time I actually have a fish fillet, with salad. A salad of toddler spinach, boiled egg, baked candy potato and onion & slightly bit cheddar cheese.
