Anything written by Ellen Hopkins. It's what I read for English ap. she's very dark but she creates very interesting characters with good back story's. my suggestion is read, impulse, crank, glass, and tricks

Can it be a young adult series?
If so, you should definitely read The Divergent trilogy (That is 3 books! 3rd book coming out in October), it is written by Veronica Roth.
And The Fault in Our Stars or Paper Towns! Something by John Green!

On my question you said that I must be really fat and ugly. No I am not. I weigh 95lbs and get compliments at school. It makes me sick that you would actually say that to someone when they're feeling down. What's wrong with this generation? Please just please get some maturity and learn to help, not diss.
