Question about Calcium intake?

What is the difference between taking calcium naturally (from foods you eat) and taking it artificially(from calcium tablets).Will excess calcium intake cause problems if taken artificially?

    if you take supplements they're usually too high in dosage and people tend to over do it and if you take too kuch, the body can only absorb s much the rest is carried down and gives your kidney stones

    it's best to get it Naturally in small doses

    Dont take calcium tablets, just eat the food that gives you calcium. Stay away from milk tho. It slowly destroy's your digestive enzymes.
