    venous blood from the head neck brain and upper limb reaches the heart through superior vena cava. Blood supplying the heart wall itself is drained by the coronary sinus. Inferior vena cava drains the abdominal and pelvic "viscera" and the lower limbs. Viscera is the term used for The soft internal organs of the body, especially those contained within the abdominal and

    thoracic cavities. So if i had to pick one answer, i'd pick inferior vena cava.
