Aren't apples bad for you?

I heard on the news that a boy choked on an apple while he was wearing safety glasses. I thought apples were good for you. Aren't safety glasses supposed to keep you safe no matter what?

    This is a joke you are posting right?

    Apples are healthy for your. I cant help those who dont chew their food enough or take big bites causing them to choke.

    Safety glasses are to protect your eyes....nothing else.
