I think this one guy tried to kiss me; but I don't know for sure... Help!? I want to know if he likes me?

There is this one guy that might like me, I don't know for sure though. We joke around sometimes; I think he tried to kiss me too. We were with our family's and my little cousin told this guys sister (the guy that might like me) that she was his girlfriend. The guy that might like me got closer to me and it felt like he was going to kiss me; but before anything happened I said " I guess you are forever alone." The guy that might like me then preceded to get in the car.

There was another time a few months ago that made me think he was jealous because I was being protective over another guy. He said something along the lines of "someone likes someone" but with an attitude type voice. (I hope this makes sense when you read it. My last one didn't make sense even when I read it.)
