    On the Howard Franklin Bridge in Tampa,a man diddling himself.In Jacksonville on I - 95,same thing,both cars were shaking...not the same guy...

    While waiting for a train to cross, the lady parked in front of me opened her door and began grabbing handfuls of trash (fast-food wrappers, paper cups, etc.) and stuffing it under her car. The mess that was visible after she drove away was jaw-dropping.
