Why do I go through depression so quickly?

It's probably not depression but no matter what the news or anything it won't phase me the next day or even after a few hours. I got some really bad news that I won't go into it but I denied it then poured tears stopped poured tears again got really really really angry poured tears slept for an hour felt better and now I am completely back to normal. I have no problem showing emotion I just usually am back to neutral normal mood. I am a teenager 16 not sick I am male.

Being depressed because of knowing some bad news is normal, 'cause you have a reason, you're not just sick. You're not sick at all. Depression at this age is common. :P
