What scared you most in Doctor Who?

In the episode The Empty Child, when all the people get ill and that little kid is walking around the streets like "are you my mummy?" that scares the sh## out of me.

And the Weeping Angels, they always scare me. So whatever episodes they are in I get a bit scared. D:

My scariest moment:

Amy Pond locked in a room when a weeping angel comes out of the video screen and becomes real, with the Doctor just feet away outside unaware of the impending danger.
