Who do you think would be the replacements for players at Barcelona?
According to an article I just read on Yahoo Sport... At Barcelona they have a team of 18 people constantly researching the transfer market. At any one time, this department will have three potential replacements identified for every single member of the first team squad. These are players checked out not only for their level of skill, but their character, intelligence and ability to fit into the dressing room at the Camp Nou.
So who do you think would be the 3 players in this team of 18 would consider potential replacements for the likes of Messi, Inesita etc...

i think its impossible because i can't see the first 11 leaving at the same time, let alone barcelona buying 11 potential replacements.

Based on rumours and how factual they are, I can see Thiago Silva and Ter Stegen coming. And Obviously, Neymar will be there too. As far as long term, Gundogan is possible for the next 2 years once Xavi is gone.
