If I go to a Community College for my Associates and then transfer...?
I'm in the Class of 2013 in High School and plan on going to a community college at first and then, after I get my Associates, go to a Four-Year college for my Bachelors. My mind is already made up on this and it's practically a done deal at this point but I was just curious on ONE thing:
Many of my classmates in High School are going to be in the Class of 2017 at the Four-Year school I plan on transferring to and I was wondering if in the year 2017 I would graduate along with them once again for my Bachelors degree. Is this how it works? Or would it all depend what field were all going into?

Most of the time, you would also be in the Class of 2017.
An Associate's degree is considered comparable to a Bachelor's degree so your credits from your two-year AS/AA should transfer right into a BA. That means if you spend 2013-15 doing your AS/AA you'd spend 2015-17 doing your BA. Hope this helps!
