How to get myself motivated to keep working out?
I am a 17 year old high school senior. I am 6'1" and at last check, 277 pounds. I hate the fact that I am so overweight. I have a stomach that bulges and man boobs (the worst part about being so fat). I want to lose weight to increase my attractiveness to females. I do flirt with and hang around girls, but let's be honest, girls want a nice muscular guy, not some fat dude with b-cup sized man boobs. This is especially true since I'll be going to college soon. Here are some of the reasons why I have trouble loosing weight:
1.) I don't know where to start with dieting
2.) I set the alarm clock to wake me up early but almost always end up pushing the snooze button
3.) I don't know what exercises I should be doing involving weights
My college plan is to go to a community college and then eventually transfer to either Penn State or Maryland. So if I start working out and dieting with more intensity this summer, and continue it throughout the two years I'll be in community college, can I be at a healthy weight? And is it possible to even be ripped by that time?
Additionally, I've been fat for most of my life. I fear that one day I may come down with hypertension or even diabetes, especially since my grandfather has diabetes. If I lose weight now, would I still have a high risk of coming down with either of the two aforementioned illnesses?

Ok first you need to assess the foods you are eating and cut out all the bad ones with alot of sugar. Eat bananas instead as they're better than sugar and get a good diet plan going. Find out how much calories you need to eat a day to maintain your current weight and eat about 250 less and start doing cardio. With cardio try to burn at least 250 a day. As with weights and stuff start with as much as feels comfortable and do reps of it until muscle failure, give them time to rest because you don't want injuries. Do pushups and pullups and all that but I wouldn't recommend working on your abs and core with belly fat on it because as they grow they get bigger and with that fat on them it'll seem like you're gaining weight so hold off on that and hopefully it'll all work out!
And also keep thinking positively as working out will boost confidence and overall self esteem and think about all the girls you'll get and how great you'll look. I also use music as a good motivator when I work out. And eat alot of protein so muscles come back bigger and stronger and work out each muscle everyday to give it time to regenerate, you don't want to be damaging yourself more than doing good do you now?
