How can I Synchronize the Start of an Audio File on 5 Computers?

I have 5 PCs and want an audio file to start playing at exactly the same time on each computer.

It's a 10 hr recording of an air raid siren (off utube) and I want it screaming out of each PC at the same time, and synchronized so that it sounds like one, large distress signal.

I am guessing that I would need to synchronize each PC's clock to NIST or other accurate source, and then have software time the start of the file which will be on each PC.

Can anyone point me to software that can do that or explain an other way to do this? Thanks.

I'll be Googling this in the meantime, but I hope the geeks out there can help me.

Update:

Edit: Since I posted this I found "Little Alarm Clock" on SourceForge, which will play an audio file at a specific time.

However, I can foresee possible problems. Although the "clocks" may go off at the same time, the audio files may not play in perfect synchrony due to the fact that each computer is a different speed (CPU, RAM, progs running in the background, etc) Am I correct in this?

Update 2:

The more I research, the more I realize how difficult this is. Suggestions include VLC, Squeezebox, Remote Desktop, but none can overcome network and hardware latency, and none have periodic syncing to keep all the final outputs in time with each other. As little as a few milliseconds of delay is very noticeable, and the spread increases dramatically over time.

you can have remote desktop in each one and using the same desktop in each mirrored server you can play the audio file using the program you choose but the program icon must be the same in all computers, as well as his location, and once that you have the song selected in the program just start it pause it and when you hit the space bar they will play at the same time.
