HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HEAR FROM AN UNDERWRITER?
We went to the car dealership yesterday and they said that they're working on it with the bank (to get a car loan approved). I was just wondering how long does it typically take? If it's denied, would it take this long? thanks!

It usually takes at most 2 business days if you're approved quickly. But that doesn't mean that you're not approved either. It could be taking awhile for a number of reasons, like electronic issues, needing more paperwork or if your credit is not high enough for one bank, they may be moving to another which can take a little more time as well.
Don't stress about it, just call them and ask them to give you more details.
