How to get rid of a bad ear ache?
On Friday so like 2 nights ago I had my grade 9 fairwell we had a DJ and me and my friends stayed by the speakers I was the furthest away but Saturday and early this morning my ear was ringing I took a Advil n it went away for 1 hr or so and now I have a ear ache really bad I have school tomorrow n I can miss it! It's almost 1130 n I've been laying I'm bed for an hour tossing and turning

I know this sounds weird (and also unlikely at 1130 pm) but see if someone will take you for a drive, out on a highway or freeway where you can reach speeds of 50 mph or more. If you can go up in elevation a thousand feet or so, that would be even better. 30 or 40 minutes will do it. I don't know why this works, but when I was in the 9th grade and prone to bad ear-aches, this worked for me. It probably has something to do with relieving the pressure in your Eustachian tubes.
Something else you can try is resting your head on a heating pad. Not hot enough to burn yourself, and don't go to sleep on it, but it might give you some relief.
