What's wrong with the camera used for the show NCIS?

I don't know if anyone else noticed but the camera is usually blurry throughout the episode

They use a soft filter lens or soft focus, partially to hide the age of their main character even on a high-def screen, but the soft focus also makes the gory subject matter less abrasive for the audience.

I've never noticed the camera being blurred. I've watched every single episode and no blurriness.

It is clear, James, they are talking about the soft focus filter they use, not blurry just not hard edge. I find it slightly annoying, makes me think that I have to re-tune my TV, Commercials are fine, just the show is soft

Its a blurred filter, but it is horrible! It makes my eyes feel like there is something wrong with them. I paid for an HD tv to get clear crisp images, not a dirty fuzzy image. I wish they would change that.

It comes in very clearly on every television I see it on. Check your system.
