I feel I want to die?

No, I am not going to kill myself, I am not suicidal in that way. Sometimes I just want to fall asleep and not wake up though. I worry there may be things wrong with my body like not being able to get pregnant when i'm older or having cancer or thinking i am going deaf.-(i have extremely irregular periods)

i get headaches and stomach pains sometimes and i worry alot :(

I lack motivation and ability to concentrate. I have tried multiple times to get my life back on track and stop being lazy, its been almost half a year of trying but failing. Failing at school :/ I hate seeing others succeeding, i'm just getting left behind :(

I've tried seeing a counselor but that has not helped me in any way at all

and plz dont say this time will pass and you are just going through that stage.
