What should I use to clean my new leather recliner?

Just a damp cloth and wipe dry. Don't try any thing unless you speak with an upholstery cleaner.

Then put a throw blanket because it is hot at this time of year and avoid the sweat onto your new leather recliner.

Fake leather is easy to clean with just about any cleaner. Genuine leather is different. Sweat may stain your upholstery. Also, make sure you use leather conditioner if you keep your recliner in a dry hot place or it will eventually start to dry out and begin to crack. Some cleaners already have conditioners in them. Which you can go to goal or wally world and get a product for leather, a kit will include both a cleaner and a conditioner ( make sure that it is not for automobile/ upholstery leather and auto leather are dealt with differently) will probably be called "efficiency or legit " smooth first then situation. You could also buy the kits for high-quality furniture outlets. One final thing , in case your chair reminds you of a bomber jacket then it is called nubuck...You want an extra cleaner for nubuck leather

Then don't put your bare skin on it,Duh! Now you know why no one likes leather furniture if they live whre it is hot. There is leather dressing for leather furniture but don't use it on the fake stuff.

Clean with some murphys oil soap.
