I accidentally let my iPhone die...?

I usually dont let it completely die out since i heard its really bad for the phone, but a couple times ive done it on accident...will it ruin my iPhone (4S)?

    Batteries die. You charge them, they work again. Nothing will happen to your iPhone.

    No just make sure to fully power down the phone before it does in the future.

    The reason it is bad for it to die is because the materials the battery is made out of is super alloy that's can become very hot. Dying causes the battery to become stressed raising the heart level. A few times won't hurt it though.

    No it Won't it just means it doesn't have battery but none of your personal business will be lost(pics,music,videos,apps etc.)
