I have a big problem with my brain?
It's something like I have 2 minds and the other one is negative and the other one is positive which I have a total control but the negative one is affecting my decisions. The one that I almost experience is if someone lost his wallet or other things, my negative mind will think "What if he/she is thinking that Im the one who took it? Oh its awkward so I must act that I didn't" and then I always end up being guilty. I mean the people will think that Im the one who took the wallet.

Everyone has two minds- negative and positive. But your case seems to be anxiety or nervousness. Blaming yourself for something you know you haven't done is simply illogical. Being afraid that someone else might suspect you for a crime you've not committed is out of line. Your thought patterns need to be set right. Visit a psychologist. This will really help you.
Good Luck!
