What is a good recipe for Yellow Fin tuna?
I have only had it in restaurants and would like to make a tasty dinner out of it. I'm allergic to peanuts, hazelnuts, cashews, and avocado. Weird combo I know. So please give me some suggestions and I'm not afraid to be adventurous! And btw this is a dinner just for two :) thanks!!

Brush the outside with wasabi, roll it in sesame seeds, pan sear just enough that the seeds get color around the entire fish. here is a visual.

Steam it...Chinese Style!
Here's a video that shows you how. It's healthy, easy and delicious. At the end, use Vegetable/Canola oil (not peanut or olive oil) to sizzle the greens. Steamed fish and hot rice = a feast!

ASk your mom what tuna is best, im sure she could provide you with the most up-to date tuna info.
