Exercises to do at home to burn 100 calories?

How many reps?

E.g. Jumping jacks, mountain climbers etc

    Jumping rope: 9 minutes at a moderate intensity.

    Biking: 23 minutes of casual cycling.

    Swimming: 15 minutes moderate intensity.

    Walking stairs: 11 minutes.

    Running stairs: 6 minutes

    Lifting weights, vigorously: 15 minutes

    Here are some options:

    -Walking up and down your stairs for 10 minutes (but be careful not to slip)

    -Running on the spot for 9 minutes

    -10 minutes worth of jumping jacks

    -5 minutes of burpees

    If you do any of the above properly, it should get you to the 100 cals!
