it should be obvious
firstly you NEVER update a BIOS unless you NEED to
secondly to AVOID problems in future, it MIGHT be advisable to also apply
updates for actual faults.
so
F7 looks like a very good idea, but not necessary unless you suspect a fault
F8 a waste of time
F9 we havnt got a clue. Maybe they mean compatibility with windows 8...maybe
F10c well if your LAN is perfect, why bother.
so it looks like F7 is worth doing, but only if your CPU is playing up or you are thinking of upgrading
remember applying anew bios places your system at risk of being permanently damaged
by the process.
But Gigabyte are known to try very hard with failsafe options so that should be avoidable.
