What corporations have committed fraud in the past 3 years?

What are some corporations that have had fraud related problems ((e.g., fraudulent financial statements, violation of laws, indictment or conviction of employees committing fraudulent acts, etc.) in the past 3 years? What problems did they have?

Thank you for the help!

AIG - They took bailout money from the US government and used it to pay bonuses. They also fail to pay legitimate claims. I had to get very threatening with them myself.

Motorola - They offer rebates on phones that they do not pay.

Samsung - Same as above. They also released the first generation Galaxy Note well before it was ready. Many customers paid $600 for lousy phones. Later the bugs were fixed, but of you bought your phone early after the release too bad for you.

Vlingo - Sold defective voice recognition technology to many high tech vendors like LG, Samsung, and Motorola. The technology did not function correctly, and there was no OFF button. Many people removed the button from their phones to rid themselves of it.

Ready SIM - Sold expired SIMs via Fed-Ex to many foreign travelers visiting the USA. The customer service number will not answer. Say goodbye to your $35.

?? -I forget the company name. They sell study aid CDs at universities, Fry's electronics etc. The price is too good to be true. CD's are made in China. They install almost undetectable spyware on your computer, that logs keystrokes, to get your passwords.

To be honest I think most large corporations do.
