I am fininshing a PhD in Physics and I would like to know where is the best muslic/arabic country whrere I could settle. Is there any university or other institution that will hire me there. How difficult is to get 4 wives if I become a muslim?. Will the people accept me there?. I thing that perhaps this sounds weird, but I want to have obedient and quiet wives.

Turkey is the most liberal, if that's what you mean by best? And yes, Turkey is very accepting of foreigners in the capital cities as long as you are not Armenian, Greek, Bulgarian or a few other ethnicities they have been at odds with since WW1.

1.Most Muslim men don't have multiple wives, having multiple wives is more of a cultural than a religion aspect.
2.You could try visiting Saudi Arabia or better yet Qatar.
