Why does President Obama treat the Constitution as an inconvenience?

Perhaps he feels he knows best for the people and does not want any bumps in the road when he feels he is the only one that knows what is best for America.

Update:

He bypasses congress when ever he can. Recess appointments when congress is not in recess.

    have you ever read the constitution?

    again, you fail to mention how he treats the "constitution as an inconvenience", because you cannot. you would have to know what the constitution is about. as in "read it first".
