If you rent then your landlord can evict them in accordance with the noise agreement that everyone signs before moving in. The police can also be called on their non emergency line if they are causing a big enough racket.

I'm guessing you hear the stomps and bumps because of the structure of your wall. I guess it's not really their fault if your couch vibrates. You may want to consult with people who specializes on structure deformities and fix the problem about maybe getting a "thicker?" wall or something like that. If your consultant states that there's nothing really wrong, I guess you could report it to authorities specifically the ones who would help you with problems like these.

Management should be able to do something about it. Go to who ever rents or whatever the houses out. They should talk to them, or give them a warning. They might just get in trouble if they still don't stop.

get back at them by blaring your favorite music loudly or talk really loud i mean sure its rude but hey it might work um sorry if this is very horrible advice
