What kind of phone for a 13 year old?

My daughter is turning 13 soon and she wants a cell phone. I am buying the phone but she pays the bill. She told me (so it's not as big of a bill) she doesn't want 3G but possibly connect to Wi-Fi, she wants a full keyboard, and a camera. Thanks!

Maybe get a pay as you go phone or a straight talk phone of some kind. They should have some like she wants and they are 40 dollars a month or so. It depends of course but try those kinds. They straight talk and pay as you go phone have different varieties so she'll find one she likes

My fourteen-year-old son has a Nokia Lumia 509... at least I think it's a 509. In any case, it connects to the Wi-fi, but has no 3G. It has a full keyboard (touchscreen), and also a camera.

A Samsung solstice is a really good phone. I had mine for quite a while and I got it when I turned 13. I would suggest something durable. Like a Nokia but not necessarily that brand. Lol

Something with a full keyboard like one of those faux-samsung blackberries. Kids text a lot these days, but it's also easy to call on those things in case of emergencies. They're also only like fifty bucks, so if she breaks it, you or her can replace it pretty easily.

relies upon what form of character you have. cellular telephones start up a brilliant style of drama. as long as you do not feed into it, you're all stable. cellular telephones are in certainty a existence line in teenage years (in my opinion) and which contain your mum and dad divorced, that could be a brilliant theory. conserving in touch which contain your mum and dad is mostly a plus... suited?
