Latrell Sprewell - if it wasn't for his ego and salary demands
Kevin Johnson - if he didn't have all those injuries (could've easily been a hall of fame point guard)
John Stockton - if it wasn't for his age and aging. (still had solid stats and minutes when he retired)

Those 2 players you mentioned belong in a retirement home. Na just messin but they can't play professional competition. I will have to say Allen Iverson since he's just 38 and Steve Francis whatever the hell happened to him.
