What could this be................................................?

For the past week I have been feeling lightheaded like I want to faint. Went to the doctors he checked my blood, sugar level and everything was fine. I'm not overweight don't have diabetes. I have been drinking smoothies a lot with honey for breakfast. I was also working out. Any idea what could be going on.

Update:

Not on my period. My eyes are also a little reddish. Haven't been working out that much.

    You might be working out too much and not eating enough! Trying making sure you are eating 3 full meals a day with snacks in between each meal (and drink lots of water) and don't work out too much or too hard and see if that helps!

    Are you on your period? Sometimes people tend to get light headed and dizzy when their period is really heavy and they're losing a lot of blood. But if not it could just be that you're burning a lot of calories when you haven't eaten or stored enough.

    Have you had a growth spurt....I used to feel faint then...doc said it was because it took my heart a while to go right to the top of my head as I'd grown...
