  • what could this be........................?

What would cause a person to all of a sudden start waking up in the middle of the night in a rage. He wakes up not knowing who he is or who his family is. He doesn't do drugs or alcohol. Never been in the military. He is young in age.

  • Why do the churches teach heaven and hell ...............?

They teach that those who believe go to heaven but if you don't you go to hell. But as soon as someone dies whom they believe should go to hell they tell the family that the person is in heaven.(Referring to the discourse given at the funeral) Why? Could it be that none of it is true? It's just another way to keep you paying.

  • A question for my brothers and sisters "Jehovah witnesses"?

Apparently there are some ex-Jehovah witnesses on hear who show themselves to be apostates by their empty talk against the organization. Why are we responding to their questions?

2 John 9, 10: “Everyone that pushes ahead and does not remain in the teaching of the Christ does not have God. . . . If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, never receive him into your homes or say a greeting to him.”

Rom. 16:17, 18: “I exhort you, brothers, to keep your eye on those who cause divisions and occasions for stumbling contrary to the teaching that you have learned, and avoid them. . . . By smooth talk and complimentary speech they seduce the hearts of guileless ones.”

  • The Holy Rosary is it scriptural?

Explaining how the rosary is used, one Catholic publication says: “The Holy Rosary is a form of vocal and mental prayer about the Mysteries of our redemption. It is made up of fifteen decades. Each decade consists of reciting the Lord’s Prayer, ten Hail Marys, and a Gloria Patri. A mystery is meditated upon during each decade.” The mysteries are doctrines, or teachings, that Catholics should know, in this case referring to the life, suffering, and death of Christ Jesus.

Some argue that the rosary merely serves as a memory aid when the repetition of a number of prayers is required. Reciting a prayer by memory does it please God?

Jesus said: “When praying, do not say the same things over and over again, just as the people of the nations do, for they imagine they will get a hearing for their use of many words. So, do not make yourselves like them.” (Matt. 6:7, 8) If the same memorized prayer is not to be said over and over again, obviously beads would not be needed to count how many times it is said.

    What do you think?

  • Is it ok to baptize babies?

Jesus made the statement at Matthew 28:19,20 to make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and holy spirit, teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded them. (Those who are baptized must be disciples of Jesus. That is they are individuals who have learned about Jesus and have chosen to follow him, a choice that no infant is able to make.) So what do you think why are babies baptized? Why is it taught that babies will go to hell if they aren't baptized? Only serious answers please.

  • Have you heard, it's been said that it doesn't matter which path you take....?

because all paths lead to God. Isn't it true that when you enter a race you can't set your own path? In order to when the prize a person must run the path set out by the judges. If you take your own path and still manage to finish first, will you still receive the prize although you didn't follow the rules? I think not. So how is it possible to choose your own path when it comes to God? Will he still reward those who don't follow his rules? Please explain and state what your information is based on. No ignorant comments please.

  • Why is it that certain people think that they can...................?

Tell God how things should be done and still expect to be rewarded by God. Isn't that being righteous overmuch or shall we say self righteous? Thinking that we can set the standards as to what's right and wrong and then expect God to live by our standards. Who can put God on trial and judge him? Didn't God say that we all will have to stand before him and be judged by him? Have we become blind in our thinking to think that we are now more powerful then God

  • What would you do if you found out that you had been lied to about God?

God is not part of a trinity

    God is not Jesus

    God is not mysterious

God does not burn people in hell

Who would you blame? What would you do if by then, time would have run out to prove yourself to God?

  • When Adam and Eve sinned against God did God..............?

Did God punish them by sending them to hell? No. God said that they would die and return to the dust from which they were created. Dust you are and to dust you will return. So why would it be logical to believe that we their offsprings would be punished in hell for sinning? Are our sins greater then theirs?

    Please only serious comments.

  • How can Jesus be the creator of the universe when he himself was created?

Colossians 1:15-He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. What are your thoughts?

  • why do we have names.........................?

Is it to identify who we are and distinguish us from others? So when God identifies himself to us by his name, why do many refuse to use that name? It's in just about every translation of the Bible. Psalms 83:18

  • Who are the wicked.................................?

Are wicked people viewed by God the same as people view wicked people.

2Thessalonians 1:8,9- In a flaming fire, as he brings vengeance upon those who do not know God and those who do not obey the good news about our Lord Jesus. 9 These very ones will undergo the judicial punishment of everlasting destruction from before the Lord and from the glory of his strength. (Wicked person is one who chooses not to know God or who knows about God but refuses to obey.)

If God never intervene and destroyed the wicked how would this scripture ever be fulfilled?

Psalms 37:11- But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth, And they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace.

Psalms 37:28,29- For Jehovah is a lover of justice, And he will not leave his loyal ones. To time indefinite they will certainly be guarded; But as for the offspring of the wicked ones, they will indeed be cut off. The righteous themselves will possess the earth, And they will reside forever upon it.

  • Why do people have a problem with God killing people?

But not have a problem with humans killing one another senselessly in wars. Unlike humans God can read hearts. He knows when a person is just wicked and not going to change. But humans can't read hearts. They kill to support ones country or for stupid things like oil. But you will cheer for humans but blaspheme God. God is the source of life. He created us. So therefore he has the right to take a life if he chooses. What gives humans the right to take a life?

  • What do you think is heaven for.................................................?

Is heaven for a small minority or for the majority?

Revelation 14:1,3- "And I saw, and, look! the Lamb standing upon the Mount Zion, and with him a hundred and forty-four thousand having his name and the name of his Father written on their foreheads.

3 And they are singing as if a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders; and no one was able to master that song but the hundred and forty-four thousand, who have been bought from the earth."

Revelation 5:10- "And you made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God, and they are to rule as kings over the earth.”

So if God has already selected the amount to go to heaven and outlined what they will do there, what will the majority who believe they are going to heaven do there? Do you really think you can over step God's plans?

  • Can someone please answer this?

Why do people ask questions about God but refuse to read the bible or accept what it says? Are you fulfilling bible prophecy? For God's word says at 2Timothy 4:3-"For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled." Are you looking for people to tell you what you want to hear instead of listening to the truth?

God is sounding a warning to us all.

  • In the Lords prayer Jesus tells us to pray............?

In the Lords prayer Jesus tells us to pray for God's kingdom to come. I have been told that the kingdom is in your heart. Please help me see how that would be possible since the bible also speaks of Gods kingdom one day destroying the earthly kingdoms or governments that exist today.

Matthew 6:9,10-“YOU must pray, then, this way: “‘Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified.  Let your kingdom come."

Daniel 2:44- "“And in the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be brought to ruin. And the kingdom itself will not be passed on to any other people. It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it itself will stand to times indefinite."

  • Did Jesus and his apostles preach from door to door?

If you say no then please explain these scriptures.

Matthew 10: 7, 11-14-“Into whatever city or village YOU enter, search out who in it is deserving, and stay there until YOU leave. 12 When YOU are entering into the house, greet the household; 13 and if the house is deserving, let the peace YOU wish it come upon it; but if it is not deserving, let the peace from YOU return upon YOU. 14 Wherever anyone does not take YOU in or listen to YOUR words, on going out of that house or that city shake the dust off YOUR feet."

Acts 5:40-42- "At this they gave heed to him, and they summoned the apostles, flogged them, and ordered them to stop speaking upon the basis of Jesus’ name, and let them go. 41 These, therefore, went their way from before the San′he‧drin, rejoicing because they had been counted worthy to be dishonored in behalf of his name. 42 And every day in the temple and from house to house they continued without letup teaching and declaring the good news about the Christ, Jesus."

Acts 20:18-20-"When they got to him he said to them: “YOU well know how from the first day that I stepped into the [district of] Asia I was with you the whole time, 19 slaving for the Lord with the greatest lowliness of mind and tears and trials that befell me by the plots of the Jews; 20 while I did not hold back from telling YOU any of the things that were profitable nor from teaching YOU publicly and from house to house."

If you say yes then why aren't more doing it. Didn't Jesus commission his true disciples to preach?

    (Matthew 28:19,20)
