How can Jesus be the creator of the universe when he himself was created?

The truth is: Jesus is God's firstborn Son. Jesus is not God, period.

In this context "firstborn" is denoting preeminence, rather than indicating a beginning. Take a look at the very next verse:

Col 1:16 - For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible,

It very plainly says everything was created by Jesus. Context is vitally important when understanding Scripture.

Everything that is made is made by a seed and as it is written: "The seed is the word of God." Luke 8:11. The creation took place through God's word... "Let there be light and there was light."

God is a Spirit. Referred to as The Father The God has a spiritual seed, referred to as The Son... " All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made..." John 1:3

JESUS IS NOT GOD (John 1:1 is a mistranslation... read the original Greek and then reference John 10:34-38. Jesus is the son of God, a god (diminutive).

it's a lack of misunderstanding on the part of those you have no understanding of whats going on. I'm a born again believer. I did not go back into the womb to become this. It happen in a realm of understanding of the event I only feel and do not know by a physical event so to speak. If one tries to place the nature realm birth as the event of what happens in the spiritual realm one will not come to the understanding of the event that has taken place. It's like a divining of the godhead into three beings of the same kind. man has come to call it the big bang.

His heavenly father Jehovah gave him the power to create everything. Revelation 4:11 says Jehovah is worthy of the honor and glory because thru him all things exist.
