I know how you feel, and I can help. You can't loose weight in a matter of days, rather months. If you lose too much weight in a small amount of time (eg: 10 kilos in 1 week) you'll just gain the weight even faster again. Also, don't work on abs in your stomach because it make's your stomach appear bugger. Here's some diet recommendations:
Fruit! It's awesome. When you are hungry, don't grab a packet of chips but rather fruit. For breakfast, add blueberries or banana's to your favourite cereal!
Low fat yogurt is good for breakfast instead of cereal that has lots of sugar and fats. It may taste gross but add fruit and it'll taste sooooo much better.
Coconut oil, for some reason, is pretty good. Get the unprocessed version and you are good to go! (Trust me, it works better than soy)
Eggs. They're good for you, but make sure you have under six a week.
Whole grains are sooo much better than white bread and all that other icky stuff (think brown rice, oatmeal, they're the food that's good)
Eat snacks between three and four pm as it is the best time for the metabolism.
Low fat milk. It may taste different than full cream milk or whatever you drink, but it's really good. (I've grown up drinking this)
Almonds are the best nuts to have. Eat about 3 ounces of almonds (about 70 almonds) every day, I lost seven inches from my waists
Meat- fish is very, very good for you, so try to have it twice a week. If your like me and absolutely hate it, don't worry then. Meat is also very important. have lean cut meat like tenderloin.
Veggies: Even though they taste terrible, they are good.
Treats: Once every two weeks, reward yourself! Check the callories on a small biscuit/cookie and eat it, you deserve it! something small, though, and low in callories so you won't undo all the good work you've done.
exercise routines:
Do 20 minutes of exercise so your cardio is waaaaaaaayyyyyyy up, so basically your heart is pounding. It helps.
Sit ups an push ups should be left to last, but they are also good.
Weight lifting helps. Do a random series of exercises with these weights like doing a squat to pick up the weights every time (something like that).
Jogging. jogging for twenty minutes a day is really good for you. you can even run if you want.
Yoga is also very good.
Strange enough, laughter is good! It is, for some reason (don't ask how, it just is) and every time you laugh it strengthens the muscles in your belly.
Do it with a friend can really help. If you friend is on a diet, or even a family member, doing it together saves the struggle of doing it alone and can make you feel soo much better..
Set a goal for yourself, like a kilo this week and if you lose it, it'll make you feel really good.

don't worry dear. every problem contains its solution :D . You must take some exercise everyday. Time should be 30 minute . That's can be running , cycling , swimming or dancing. Don't take fast food. Eat natural food. Sleep at least 8 hour. and keep happy :).

when out at a restaurant ask the server to hold the bread snack mix or chips and salsa that might come before the meal if you re hungry youll be tempted

do your best to ensure you re not eating after 7 o clock at night you re more likely to make unhealthy choices and less likely to sleep as well after a late meal
