Fantasy Baseball Trade --- Yes or No?
I know I should be posting this on the fantasy section, but seriously who goes there.
I give up: Adrian Gonzalez and Adam Jones.
I get: Josh Johnson and Paul Goldschimdt
I foresee Goldschimdt having an MVP type of year. Josh Johnson of course is not the same self, but still has good value. A-gonz doesn't have the power he used to have. Batting avg. is there, but he really is just a 2-tooled first baseman. Adam Jones is a big loss for me, but I think Jones' avg. will drop a little more down to .280 by the end of the season. What do you guys think?

I don't like it either. Adam Jones is a stud, and half of the waiver wire would be a better pick up than Johnson. Gonzalez is still producing and will still hit 20+ home runs. You are giving up way too much value basically for Goldschmidt.

Hi
I don't like it for you. There's pitchers on the waiver wire who are going to be just as productive as Johnson will be. That's the only reason I wouldn't do this trade.
Stick with your guys and if you need pitching, Wheeler and Cole still might be available in your league. Look to pick them up.
