If I put music into the iTunes Music folder, does my Library update automatically?
So if I download a song, and place it into the iTunes music folder instead of manually opening it and thus adding to my library that way, will it show up in my library?
Thanks!

Relies on the source of your songs. I am assuming that you've got a laptop. In case you've downloaded a bunch of stuff, you're going to must find the file of each and every song. Through bringing up My computer, and search from there. If you are trying to get a track onto your Library from a CD, simply carry up iTunes, and within the sidebar at the left of the window (where it says "Library" and has your entire playlists), you must find whatever that has the title of the CD on it. Click that, and on the display that it takes you to, there will have to be a button saying "Import" in the higher correct corner. If you're seeking to get music from an iPod or every other mp3 participant, convey up My laptop, and doubleclick "removable Disk." You should see all of the songs or folders out of your mp3 player.
