what mods can I do to a Honda crf250x to make it reliable for on road use?
i have heard that they aren't meant for on road use but its my only bike and i want to be able to ride to school on it. i have heard many things about the bike not lasting but is there anything i can do to make it better for on road use????

The general rules for riding any enduro on the road is use the correct tires. Stay on top of the cooling system. These bikes are not meant to have nobbies hitting the pavement and they sometimes don't do well in heavy traffic situations. Stay away from top rpm when possible. Keep the oil changed. There's no reason this bike shouldn't be fine riding on the road.
