Haven Holiday: Is it worth buying Funworks Passes for Greenacres, Porthmadog site?
Hi. We are going on holiday to the Haven Site at Greenacres, near Porthmadog, North Wales in the summer holidays. We won't be going to any of the entertainment, we do want to use the swimming pool. Does anyone know whether there is any point getting the passes? At what point in the building are they checked? It would cost us nearly £120 for passes for a family of four on top of what we have already paid, so you can understand my reluctance.

They check passes every time, there's no way round it. There is a swimming baths in Glaslyn leisure centre in porthmadog, might be worth giving them a call? It will be a lot cheaper to go there a few times instead! Also you have black rock sands beach nearby if its nice. :)
