Why do scientific thinkers ask for proof when the Theory of Relativity is apparently a sham?

Well respected Physics dude tries to plug real world numbers into the much touted theory only to find that it doesn't work.

That is why they call it a theory rather than the truth.

Well respected Physics dude post their findings in the American Journal of Physics or in the Journal of Experimental and Theoretical Physics, not youtube.

I don't think the video is saying the theory is a sham as much as there are just somethings in nature that we cannot explain such as black holes. The fact that math and logic are so useful in our universe in no way goes against creation, but actually backs it up, just like carpenters and concrete layers must use math to calculate, level, and build a proper house. Compare Hebrews 3:4.

In a way, the equation energy = mass times speed of light squared only proves the enormous amount of energy used to make the tiniest particles. that compares with Isaiah 40; 26.

Your statement is incredibly naive. The Theory of Relativity is well-supported by years of scientific research. You obviously know quite little about Science to call it a "sham". Youtube is not a reliable source of information. One video does not outweigh years of research and many books, in any case. Your reasoning is quite flawed. I refuse to waste my time on absurd Youtube videos that are unintentionally comical. You should read some Physics books, rather than watching absurd Youtube videos. Reputable physicists publish their findings in scientific journals. It is ignorant frauds who post videos on Youtube.

Trivial solutions end up with bogus results. Use Schwarzchild metric to plumb a black hole (because it is easy), and you lose the ability to describe what happens near and inside the event horizon.

Use Eddington or Kruskal metrics, and this problem goes away. You describe an inner Universe just like ours:

So what is it that really irks you about Science in general, if not just Relativity? Is it that it seeks to remove free will? What do prophets mean to you?

It is amazing how stupid fundies can be when they discover a bit of intelligence. The theory of relativity has been used to explain and prove thousands of different aspects of the universe, that one aspect falls apart where it is not designed to work is immaterial.

I'm not going to click on a YouTube link posted by someone who doesn't even know what the theory means or applies to.

Oh, you betcha -- all the "well respected physics dudes" post their work on YouTube.

    Not.

Einstein was a genius so I'm not doubting what he discovered.

Einstein is turning in his grave right now.
