What if you get busted with weed out of state?
So I'm in North Dakota, but I am from Missouri. I got caught with a little weed and a pipe and now I have court for it. How do I get a conditional release? What's the chances I will get jail time? All my stuff is here with me while I'm working here and if I go to jail I will not only lose my job, but I will lose everything I own. What do I do?
Please no comments about not smoking or anything like that. I have already quit. Spending the night in jail when I got busted was enough for me. I haven't smoked at all since that happened and its already been 2 weeks, I actually have court in about 8 1/2 hours.
Please someone help me! :(

Get busted with weed out of State, go to the jail out of State.
Since they let you go after one night there, they in fact have a particular situation
that will benefit you. It's not like they can make you pay more than you should
since you reside in another State. They will fine you, and that's it. And then,...
Give you a warning Not to get caught in their State again.

You'll have to deal with the laws in North Dakota and satisfy whatever requirements those laws set forth.
Most states have de criminalized possession of small amounts of marijuana and can usually be settled by paying a fine.

you might need to find a storage facility & pre-pay for however many months you will be in jail
