Ok, so my boss claims I'm an independent contractor, but she sets my schedule every week. She said no other employee is willing to work over nights so she has been scheduling me to work 7 nights a week, 66 hours a week, EVERY WEEK. it's been a month and a half and it doesn't even seem like she's attempted to hire anyone who can work overnights so I can have a day off. I became extremely sick recently, I called into work and she just complained a little, I got the day off, but my sickness this time was no 24 hour virus, I'm even sicker and feeling way worse on day 2, I call in and she just can't believe that I would call in 2 days in a row, I get the day off tho, day 3 with the reaction I got from missing day 1 and day 2 I just tell her I'm still extremely sick and throwing up everywhere, but I'll come in that night, she tells me she has that night covered I can stay home, day 4 of being sick as a dog I try to call in to say how I feel so much worse today than I had the day before and she tells me no one is available to cover your shift, come in and work while being sick. I told her that I'm getting very dizzy at random times, and driving people around just isn't a good idea, she dgaf. And after this I've got to go back to working 7 days a week, every week, and just recover from being sick while I work. I want some freakin days off, but she keeps scheduling me to work 7 nights a week. What do I do? What can I do? 

So I m buying a 2015 prius two. I work for a ride sharing company and a lot of my shifts are at night and sometimes I sit for a couple hours without any calls. I listen to the radio, will the car alert me when the 12v battery is getting low? Should I sit with the car on? Do I have to be moving for the car to recharge the 12v battery or will it charge it sitting idle for 20 minutes or am I sol on listening to the radio once the 12v battery is low?

I worked at a company that required I clock out for a 1 hour lunch break everyday, almost everyday they would make me clock out and continue to work off the clock, or my manager would clock me out and back in for my lunch break if i wasnt at the store to do it myself (i was working for a Rent-to-own company delivering furniture) they would tell me to come in early and work before clocking on, and would have me work after I clocked off at the end of the day. I worked there for 3 1/2 years, I left the company around 4 years ago. Is there anything I can do about what they did to me?

Ok, so last year I was put on unsupervised probation in North Dakota for possession of marijuana and a pipe. I moved away because it was allowed and I was only working in ND. I moved back to Missouri, now I'm living in Reno, Nevada. I know marijuana is legal medicinally here. I was told part of my unsupervised probation was that at any time they can search me, my home, my car and drug test me, so I've been staying clean. I can easily pass a drug screen, and have nothing illegal. My question is, would I be able to get a medical marijuana card here in NV, and smoke weed here without getting into any trouble? Or could I face charges if I got randomly got asked to do a drug test? Or came to my home and find marijuana or parafinalia here? Or would the medical card allow me to legally smoke and posses marijuana here in NV. Keep in mind my unsupervised probation is in ND.

So my friend and I are renting an extremely small apartment together, it has 1 queen bed (that's literally all it has room for, picture an extremely small motel room). We have been friends for like 8-ish years, and it doesn't bother us to share a bed. I have my own pillows and he has his own pillows, I have my own blanket and he has his. I sleep next to the wall and he sleeps on the edge... Kinda. I usually wake up with him taking up at least 2/3 of the bed, or a knee in my back or ***. It's getting really irritating. What's a good way to keep us on our own sides of the bed at night?

So I had work done on my car. I told this guy I wanted my engine rebuilt. He suddenly texts me that it would be better and I would be happier if I go to a certain website (which he texted me the link) and get this motor, so him being the mechanic I trusted him. I got the engine he told me to get, had it shipped to him. So he gets the engine, puts it in and after its all in, all put together, already past the point of no return he texts me saying, it's the wrong sized engine, instead of a D15B7 it is a D15B6, I have lost 46 horse power in an already small engine. Ok so I ask him what should we do? He told me he contacted where the engine came from and they kept telling him its the same and they won't do anything about it. And i would have to pay him to put the old engine back in. So he ends up charging me full price for putting this "new" engine in although if he had just checked the engine before installing it he would have noticed it was wrong. I was pretty upset i paid that much for an engine that is smaller than what I wanted and he screwed me by putting it in before checking, but whatever I have an engine that I won't have problems with now. I have had it in my car for 4 months now and now it's leaking oil into the combustion chamber, the belts are squeeling. I'm very upset about this because now I have the engine I never wanted in there, and its giving me problems and I've only put less than 2,500 miles on it. What can I do about this? What should I do about this?

Ok, so I don't know what to do. All eating and breathing sounds piss me off to no extent, I often have thoughts of either killing whoever is making the noise or killing myself so I won't have to hear it anymore. I will flip out hardcore on someone if they chew with their mouth open, I used to get in trouble and yelled at constantly when I was younger because my dad chewed with his mouth open and i yelled at him everytime to stop. I can not stand hearing people chew with their mouth closed either, I can hear all the saliva sloshing around in there, I can hear their teeth banging together, I can hear them swallow, and if they are eating something crunchy I lose my ****. I can't even stand the sound of me chewing, it irritates the hell out of me. When I can hear someone breath it makes me want to punch them in the neck,I just want to rip their throat out and kick them in the head repeatedly until they are dead. Anyone who snores I want to just put a pillow over their head until it stops. I currently have a roommate and we unfortunately share a bed because we live in a 2 room apartment (if you count the bathroom as a room). I always wake up early in the morning because he chews nothing in his sleep, just smacks his mouth in his sleep, and I just want to strangle the life out of him, so I will yell obscenities loudly to wake him up so he will stop it. Ive gotten in trouble at work cuz ill hear someone eating or breathing and i freak out on them. Idk what to do, it ruins my life

I bought ZzzQuil at Walmart, near the vitamins, didn't even get carded or asked for my age. I also bought Melatonin at Walmart which is a sleep aid/dietary supplement. I had a simple question about if its harmful to use both at the same time, because neither were effective by themselves. Yahoo deleted my question, I appealed it and they said it was deleted for "illegal drug use". So yahoo is apparently trying to tell me basically if I were to go in front of a police officer, take 1 melatonin pill, and take 2 tablespoons of ZzzQuil I would for sure be arrested right on the spot, because that is "illegal drug use". But I don't think that it is, I'm pretty sure that is 2 perfectly legal drugs, being used together. Now if I could do this, all in front of a police officer, and not be arrested, or even questioned further than him asking "what was that?" I'm sure this is not illegal drug use. Is the people over at yahoo answers really this stupid? Or am I mistaken, are these 2 perfectly legal items you can purchase at Walmart at the same time illegal?

I have a 1995 Honda civic del sol, it has a 1.5L B16D6 engine. So just today, I'm waiting at a stop light, when. It's my turn to go its not wanting to hardly go, and a big cloud of smoke pours out of my tail pipe, when the smoke clears it goes just fine. Any idea what might be causing this issue?

This stuff tastes straight up like berry vodka, it's hella strong and hard to take, it also smells extremely strong of alcohol. Is this normal???

Ok, so on my iPhone 5 I go to my playlist, at the top I click edit, I scroll down to the bottom and I move the bottom song up about 6 or 7 places, i scroll back up to the top and click done, when I scroll back down the song is back on the bottom. I tried this more than 20 times in a row, tried closing out music and re opening, but it just will not save any changes I make to the playlist order. Why?

I currently own a 1995 Honda Del Sol, I work out of my car and all my equipment for work fits in the trunk, but with no room left. I am considering buying a 2011 Honda CR-Z and was wondering if anyone has owned both, or know enough to answer if there is about the same or more cargo room in a CRZ. Thanks!

So I'm in North Dakota, but I am from Missouri. I got caught with a little weed and a pipe and now I have court for it. How do I get a conditional release? What's the chances I will get jail time? All my stuff is here with me while I'm working here and if I go to jail I will not only lose my job, but I will lose everything I own. What do I do?

Please no comments about not smoking or anything like that. I have already quit. Spending the night in jail when I got busted was enough for me. I haven't smoked at all since that happened and its already been 2 weeks, I actually have court in about 8 1/2 hours.

I have a bone that connects my backbone to my pelvis, and my pelvis is shifted, it causes my right leg to be an inch longer than my left. So since my left leg is shorter I always put all my weight on that one leg, and it has wore out my joints in my knee and ancle. I weigh in the neighborhood of 260-ish, and I used to b bigger than that a few years ago. But I'm 25 and have been like this for my whole life, here for the last few years it has been difficult to walk around a lot, or stand up for any extended amount of times, I have had surgery on my knee around 8 years ago because of a torn meniscus, and sometimes my knee will randomly pop out of place and I am unable to walk at all on it for over an hour then I can kind of limp on it a little, then over the corse of a week to a week and a half I can finally walk without my knee hurting every time I step. I can't stand in place for more than about a minute without needing to lean on something or sit down because the joints in my left leg start to hurt, then if I try to switch my weight my other leg will start to get sore i think because its not used to carrying any of my weight except when walking but my right leg will start to give out and I'll have to use my left leg again. And I also have a strong limp when I walk, and it has caused my back to have spasms every now and then where I will get a sharp jolt of pain in my back with every movement I make, even when sitting down. it will be like that for weeks and then it will finally go away and it will happen once or twice a year, And I'm in no condition to work when it does happen. So with the pains that come and go like that, and me being unable to stand in place for more than a minute without needing to lean on something or sit down, do you think this could qualify me for disability?

I am an all around good person, i don't lie, or steal, or hurt people, i try to be friendly, nice, polite, and mind my manners all the time. but i love expressing my opinion about something if it seems evil or bad, I just love evil things... examples include, dead baby jokes are the best thing ever, i DO NOT believe abortions are a bad thing, I DO NOT believe in God, I love seeing other people fail, love to see someone get hurt as long as there isn't any blood or guts cuz i have a weak stomach, the list goes on and on, pretty much anything that seems evil or bad i love, idk why but evil things make me happy... my favorite meme is bad luck Brian because bad things always happen to him and its like the funniest thing ever! is anyone else like this? how not normal is this?

I have a 1TB Western Digital External Hard Drive, I can plug it into my PS3 and it reads it just fine, shows absolutely everything on it, but when I plug it into my computer it says there are no files. One day I was transferring some pictures onto it from my girlfriends computer because her computer was messing up and i was backing up the pictures before reformatting her computer, her computer shut down in the middle of transferring pictures. Now since then my external hard drive will not work on a computer, but it works perfectly fine on my PS3. I have some stuff I need to transfer to it from my PC but I cant because my computer says there are no files. How do I fix this problem?
